I shot an assignment for the UNHCR who needed to document the relief aid that was being airlifted from Dubai to Myanmar in the wake of the tragic cyclone that has already killed over a 100,000 people. And, aid agencies are currently speculating that the death toll will get much worse because of the lack of clean water and insufficient resources required to deal with a crisis like this. All this while the government boasts about record turnout for a referendum on the constitution. More information on the crisis and to contribute to the aid effort, check out the Foundation Burma, Save the Children and Muslim Aid websites.
