This is a panorama made from three separate images that I shot from the roof of the Amir Chakhmagh complex in Yazd. Yazd is reported to be the second oldest city in the world with mentions of the city dating back to 3000 B.C. Yazd's architecture is very unique given that it is surrounded by desert terrain and the skyline is dotted with badgirs or windcatchers and mud-brick houses and domed roofs.
